Some careers follow industries. Mine followed change.

Markets evolve.
Technology accelerates.
New business models emerge almost overnight.

I've never deliberately pursued a particular industry. What attracted me was something far more consistent: organisations facing moments where yesterday's way of working no longer matched tomorrow's opportunity.

That pattern explains almost every step I've taken. It also explains how I learned to navigate complexity, align leadership and turn commercial ambition into execution.

The Pattern

Looking back, the pattern is surprisingly consistent.

Every organisation eventually reaches a point where its existing way of working no longer matches the market around it.

That's where I have always chosen to be.

Different industries.
The same challenge.

Looking back, my career appears to span media, technology, AI, international expansion and commercial leadership.

I've repeatedly chosen organisations entering new markets, launching new propositions, embracing new technologies or reshaping commercial capability.

Different contexts, but always helping leadership teams create clarity and momentum when complexity slows progress.

What experience taught me

Growth is rarely constrained by opportunity.
It's constrained by complexity.

More technology, more channels and more data don't automatically produce better decisions. More often, they make the right decision harder to see.

That's why my role isn't to provide all the answers. It's to create clarity, align leadership and help organisations move with confidence.

See Clearly

I start by understanding what really matters.

Not just the symptoms. The commercial reality beneath them. Clarity always comes before action.

Move Decisively

Good ideas only create value when decisions become action.

I help leadership teams align priorities, reduce friction and build momentum.

Scale Confidently

Sustainable growth isn't built on speed alone.

It's built on capability, leadership and an organisation ready for what's next.

Perspective beyond business

The mountains have always appealed to me for the same reason business does.

They don't reward optimism.
They reward preparation.

Conditions change.
Plans adapt.
Perspective matters.

That's why I return to the mountains. And why I return to organisations with the same mindset.

CREATE CLARITY.  MAKE BETTER DECISIONS.  KEEP MOVING.

The quality of decisions determines the speed of progress.

Working together

Where perspective becomes action.

I work best with organisations — and the people leading them — at an inflection point, when there is opportunity ahead, but the path isn't yet obvious.

When strategy needs sharpening. When growth needs structure. When technology creates as many questions as answers. When a founder or executive needs an experienced sounding board to challenge their thinking. Or when an organisation needs experienced leadership to help turn ambition into action.

If that's where you are, we should have a conversation.
